Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
